Career Progression and CPD

Continuing Professional Development is an integral part of every healthcare professional’s working life, and that’s no different with us. This is an applied learning environment: you’ll attend training events that benefit your learning and development and the work you do here – making sure you’re always up to date on the PIP assessment process. We provide an on-going programme of CPD modules that will give you the latest knowledge and training to support your role as a Disability Assessor – we currently have over live 40 modules – most of which can be completed online. Keeping up to date with our in-house programme will support your future revalidation process.
