We know that becoming a disability assessor can feel like a huge change for healthcare professionals, so to make the move as seamless as possible we’ve developed a thorough training programme, centered on helping you apply your skills to the new role. There will be an initial 5-week training course to help you settle into your new role, which will involve a mixture of classroom, homework and observation learning. You’ll also have ongoing support and access to a comprehensive range of online and offline support materials, as well as opportunities for Continuing Professional Development.
